This is a lovely, large 13 3/4 inch by 9 1/2 inch oval serving platter in the Red Rose pattern.
On a white background, there is one large bouquet of handpainted roses, done in shades of red, pink, and white with green leaves. A smaller rose design is on the opposite side of the serving platter. The side handles are white with gold print scrolls and curliques.
The platter is in excellent, appears unused, condition. It has the Sango name and Red Rose stamped underneath the base, which also has a ceramic bar in relief to allow for the platter to rest above the surface on which it is placed. |
