Produced in 1971 for the Fuller Brush Co. of Connecticut, the Seafarer after shave bottle stands 7 3/8 inches tall on a 2 1/4 inch by 2 3/8 inch rectangular base.
Hands in his pockets, this sea captain is dressed in traditional cap, black boots, blue, brown and yellow clothing. There are no chips or cracks on this piece, but we do not a minor loss of black paint on the brim of his cap.
The ceramic figure can be opened at the cap area and there is a cork stopper in place. Originally, the bottle held 4.25 oz. of lotion. A Fuller Brush label, along with an oval blue and gold Made in Japan label are under the base.
