Well-constructed wooden spoon holder, rack measures 10 inches x 16 inches, with a warm brown stain and six slots in three rows to hold a total of eighteen spoons. Scalloped edging on top, bottom, and sides with pre-drilled center top hole to hang on your wall.
With the rack, we are including five copper spoons which are decorated with a lion’s head figure that is set on top of a lady’s torso dressed in a long gown. These spoons measure 4 1/2 inches long with a 1 inch bowl and have fine detailing. The back of each bowl has what may be a pineapple marking. At the estate sale, we were told that these spoons were Hawaiian Pau-Pau spoons, but we can not find any further information on them.
