This wonderful OLD Cast Iron Tea Kettle features a hand painted decor of a stone building with water wheel.
Kettle measures 10 inches in width from the tip of the spout to the back end. It is 5 inches in height, excluding the metal handle on top.
The painted design is truly a work of art. Done in vibrant colors to depict the fall foliage, the artist spared no detail. Hand painted signature Lillie, Bird in Hand PA.
There is rust present on this piece, however it does not detract from the design or attractiveness of the kettle. Would make an exceptional display piece. We could not find any markings as to the kettle manufacturer.
This is a heavy piece, weighing 9 pounds unpackaged. |
