An important character in any mining town would have been the pack mule, hauling supplies for the prospector, and hopefully carrying a treasure load of gold or silver nuggets back to the assayer’s office.

This terrific pack mule figurine is 5 1/4 inches tall by 1 1/2 inches wide. The contents have been emptied and his pack has been glued on to prevent leakage and porcelain breakage. On the bottom front is embossed, Cyrus Noble Mine. There is also a gold foil label stating that this decanter once held 1/8 pint of Grenadine. Buy both the mule and a prospector, or any character of your choice, and have your own mining display.
