This wonderful Royal Albert England bone china cup and saucer set is done in the Montrose shape. Pedestal cup stands 2 7/8 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 1/2 inches. Matching saucer is 5 1/2 inches in diameter.
The pattern name on the cup is Wild Rose, and features flowers in different shades of pink with purple accents and green leaves. Design appears on the front, with smaller clusters of matching flowers on the interior and back of the cup.
The cup is also treated in gold gilt on the rim, handle and base of the cup. Saucer also has gold gilt around the scalloped edging.
In excellent condition with minor wear to the gold gilt and small clear bubbles beneath the smooth glaze finish on the handle which occurred during the manufacturing process. |
