Written by Jim Aylesworth and marvelously illustrated in folk art style by Stefano Vitale, this thirty-two page book helps young children learn their ABC’s while focusing on life experiences and culture probably quite different from their own.
Recommended reading for children up to eight years of age, the book focuses on the everyday farm chores, as well as canning, baking, quilting all in ABC context.
