An attractive 10 inch in diameter Salem China vegetable bowl with golden wheat design highlighted in 23k gold on the sides of the bowl and on the looped handle lid. Manufactured during the 1960-1967 time frame, the pattern is known as Royal Joci, although it is also called Golden Wheat.
This bowl is in fine vintage condition without any cracks, chips or nicks although there is crazing present on its surface. Stamped with the Salem China trademark, pattern name, Handpainted 23K Gold, Oven and Ovenproof under the base. |
