A terrific vintage Kitchen Prayer Owl measuring 7 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide done in multi hued brown and golden tones. The recessed center features Liberty Bell, Pennsylvania Turnpike, and Three River Stadium scenes. Beneath that is a printed kitchen blessing along side a poem which speaks of the value of love and friends.
The owl has a hole for hanging at the top of the ceramic and is without cracks, chips, or nicks. May date back to the 70’s or earlier when Kitchen Prayer themed pieces were very popular and found in many households. There is a paper label attached under the base which may have had the manufacturer’s information but is now faded and unreadable. |
