This quality Lenox Temperware/stoneware was produced during the sixties/seventies time period and discontinued in the early eighties. Manufactured to withstand both heat and cold temperatures, the Lenox Temperware line could be placed in an oven, and/or freezer, and then brought to the table.
The Quakertown design resembles an Amish stenciled pattern and has pretty yellow, pink, green and blue flowers circling the rim and the center of the 6 3/8 inch in diameter plate. Although the plate is considered a bread and butter, it could be used for small dessert servings of cake, pie, or cookies.
Plates are in very good vintage condition without cracks, chips, or nicks, and are stamped with the Lenox name, trademark and Quakertown on the backside. |
