Each of these 4 1/4 x 6 inch postcards is a 1997 reproduction of early 1900’s cigar label art. The trade cards are from the personal collection of C. Stryker Lampe, cigar aficionado and collector.
The four featured cigar trade/postal cards are a Bantam card, with two roosters, and the wording, Worth Fighting For, a Los Brasilieros card featuring two women elegantly dressed in a tropical setting, the Tobacco Examiner Plantation Owner card, and La Vicoma which depicts ladies and cherubs with cigars.
All four are in great condition without markings, tears or creases. Each is dated 1997, Lampe Vision, Inc. on the backside and was published by Chronicle Books. |
