This is a lovely crystal clear bowl measuring 9 1/4 inches across the top and standing 3 1/2 inches tall on four peg feet. A detailed pattern of daisy flowers, panels and fans decorate the entire surface of the bowl, which most likely dates back to the 1930’s/1940’s time frame.
There are no cracks, chips or nicks, but we do note a few areas of roughness on the tips of the peg feet, and the crimped edging, which can be felt rather than seen. There is also a tiny fragment, which was trapped in the glass during the manufacturing process, and this shows as a dark spot in our pictures. Over-all this crystal glass bowl is in fine vintage condition for its 70+ years of age. |
