Marvelous brown and white 1973 Alfred Meakin calendar plate is 9 inches in diameter and has a central scene of country home with figures cutting down trees for firewood to load onto a horse drawn wagon.
The gently scalloped edging is surrounded by the 1973 Zodiac calendar with corresponding names and symbols. Underneath the farmhouse scene is printed, God Bless Our House Throughout 1973.
The plate is in very fine vintage condition with no damage issues and is stamped with the Meakin name, Staffordshire England on the backside. An acrylic display stand will be sent with the 1973 Meakin plate. |
