This 8 3/16 inch diameter plate was produced by the Danbury Mint in 1990 as part of the Dear Diary Garfield the cat series plates.
The limited edition plate was limited to 14 firing days and is entitled New Condo. The front of the plate has the wording Dear Diary with the words Today, I looked at a new condo on the bottom. The central picture of the plate is that of Garfield sleeping in a paper bag. Paw prints appear along the outer edge with gold gilt around the rim, and Jim Davis, Garfield creator's name printed on the front.
Backside of plate has Danbury Mint plate info and is numbered 2882 in gold. In great condition, free of any chips, cracks, or flakes. |
